Private Lessons are our most exclusive program. Work one-on-one with a trainer working specifically what you need to get into the greatest shape of you life as fast as superhumanly possible. Train like you’re getting ready for a title fight and learn perfect technique in offense, defense and footwork.

UNLIMITED TRAINING

‘Unlimited Training’ is our most popular plan. Train with a small group but receive individual instruction. One flat monthly fee gives you full use of the gym and unlimited access to all of our boxing lessons. Train in any one of our daily sessions, and no appointment is necessary.

TRIAL LESSON

A Trial Lesson is the best way to try it out before committing. We charge $30 for the group lesson and $150 for the private. We start off teaching you the basic fundamentals of offense, defense and footwork and then put it into practice on the focus pads and bags. We finish with some strength and conditioning work before we send you on your merry way.

THE WORKOUT

The physical benefits of boxing are well documented. Nothing will get you leaner, faster and stronger than boxing can. Add the self defense element and you’ll see why boxing is such a great choice for men and women who want to get in shape fast and stay there.

THE FIGHTERS

There are some boxing purists who believe you have to make a living in the ring before you can call yourself a fighter. I’m not one of them. Our fighters are men and women who want to train like professional fighters but don’t want to get punched in the face for a living. They work as doctors, lawyers, actors and artists by day, and train like Sugar Ray Leonard by night. The difference is they’re not getting a black eye doing it. Just because you like playing football doesn’t mean you have to play it in the NFL. We offer the two hand touch version of boxing. You’ll get a body like a fighter without getting a mug like one too. Regardless of your fitness level or athletic ability, we can transform you, physically and mentally, into a fighter.
