
Our 4 – week course is designed to get you “in shape” before you get in shape. If you feel like you need to start a little slower at first, you might want to take the ‘Intro To Boxing’ class to begin. It’s 2 lessons a week for a month that covers the fundamentals of boxing and gets you physically prepared to start a regular training program. If you feel like you’re ready to step up your training at any time, we can upgrade you to the Unlimited Training course with no problem.
