NEW YORK TRAINING

We offer both group and private lessons at our New York gym. Whichever program you choose, you'll get professional level instruction in the science of boxing. Private lessons are one hour, one-on-one sessions with a trainer focused specifically on what you need to work on. Group training is structured to provide real boxing instruction and physical conditioning on a more frequent and cost effective basis.

UNLIMITED TRAINING

Ours are different from regular boxing classes you might find elsewhere in that you work with a group of trainers each time that you come in. All of our trainers are active or former professional athletes who are well-versed in what it takes to get you to achieve your goals in a challenging, exciting, yet safe way. They all came from slightly different backgrounds and therefor you receive an excellent workout every time and there's always a little variety. Each time that you come in, you will be working with a group of trainers that will train you as if you are getting ready for a fight without contact.  On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we offer more structured classes covering specific aspects of boxing - technique, conditioning, sparring. Want to take your boxing to the next level or just start off with rock solid foundation? Private lessons with a Trinity trainer is the answer. Everywhere you look today, “Boxing” is all the rage, but are people really learning to box?  At Trinity we don’t just teach you the how, we teach you the why and when as well. In each session you will practice your technique with extra rounds on the focus pads with a trainer or fighter. We will also do conditioning to help you throw your punches harder, faster, and stronger. The you’ll understand why boxers are the best conditioned athletes.
