Our programs are based on a professional fighter’s training regimen with a few modifications. This is not an aerobic or circuit boxing class. It isn’t fight club either. We teach you how to box like a professional fighter without getting your nose broken in the process. Train regularly, eat intelligently and live wisely. The rest will take care of itself.
PRIVATE LESSONS. One hour of undivided attention from someone with intimate knowledge of what it feels like to get punched in the face teaching you how to avoid the same fate. Throw in some drills and exercises designed to make you stronger, leaner and more athletic.
If you’re going to learn how to box, learn how to do it right. There’s a big difference between throwing punches and boxing. One is an instinct, the other is a skill. One makes you look better, the other makes you live better. For a little more than a boxing class and a lot less than a private lesson we help you do both.
