We offer both group and private lessons at our New York gym. Whichever program you choose, you’ll get professional level instruction in the science of boxing. Private lessons are one hour, one-on-one sessions with a trainer focused specifically on what you need to work on. Group training is structured to provide real boxing instruction and physical conditioning on a more frequent and cost effective basis.
