[ Unlimited Training is our most popular program. It’s how we used to train up at the Gramercy with Uncle Al. Unless you were getting ready for a title fight, you trained with the rest of the fighters. A couple of rounds on the focus pads, bag work, partner drills and then floor exercises and you were done for the day. A few times a week we would spar, maybe less if we didn’t have a fight coming up. We maintain roughly the same routine for the Unlimited Training program. It’s the most practical and cost effective way to get in the best shape of your life without spending a fortune. You show up roughly around the same time as the other fighters and then get to work.
