Four score and not so many years ago, I decided to try my luck out west and open a Trinity Boxing in LA. Four score and a lot of lucky lunatics later, we have a little studio buried somewhere in an alleyway off Fairfax where many past, present and future legends have found themselves on their way to the promised land.

We do group classes in LA at 7am and 6pm Monday – Friday, and a noon class Monday – Thursday and one on Saturday. Classes are one hour and include technical instruction, boxing drills and athletic conditioning. Private lessons are one hour sessions scheduled in advance with a trainer. Either program will prepare you for sparring if you so choose.
